Appletree Developments was named after our first development, built in an old orchard. We’ve been planting apple trees in the garden of every new home we build ever since, as a legacy for future generations to enjoy. Our friend and award-winning garden designer, Alice Blount, designed our rustic logo of a fruiting apple tree set in the rolling hills and open fields of the Cotswolds.

This hand-carved motif is a little reminder every day of what we stand for and aim to deliver: our values of working with nature, generating original design, focusing on attention to detail, and employing true craftsmanship to deliver homes that build on and enhance their settings.
